ADHD in Adults; Living and Working with an Adventure Brain [Brooklyn, NY]

  • 390 Social 390 5th Avenue Brooklyn, New York, 11215 United States (map)

ADHD often looks different in adulthood than it does in childhood, especially in work, routines, relationships, and energy management. This in-person workshop is designed to help adults better understand how ADHD shows up in daily life and why certain challenges persist even with strong motivation or intelligence.

Attendees can expect a practical, educational session focused on executive function, common patterns in adulthood, and realistic ways to work with your brain rather than against it. This is not a quick-fix or productivity-hack workshop. The emphasis is on understanding, application, acceptance.

The session will include guided discussion, reflection, and time for questions in a supportive, low-pressure environment.

Your ticket includes one drink during the event. Alcoholic and Non-alcoholic options are available. Light bites will also be provided.
